I work with small and medium-sized service businesses to improve how things work and get important stuff done.

Some examples of things I’ve done:

* Turned around a small charity facing closure and rebuilt it so it could run without everything depending on one person.

* Rebuilt a rapidly growing health service around a multi-million-dollar contract after it had outgrown its systems and processes.

* Project managed the setup of new health services and an interprofessional student health clinic from the ground up.

* Rebuilt a provider’s entire policy and procedures framework, enabling them to pursue accreditation around two years earlier than expected.

I can take on a project, establish a new service, sort out messy operations or provide fractional senior support when you need it.

My goal is to make myself redundant. When I leave, your people know what to do, things make sense, and the business can keep moving without me.

I have 10+ years’ experience across general management, operations, HR, systems and brand, in both not-for-profit and for-profit organisations.
