We collect your information so we can administer your membership & benefits (if you are a member), or provide access to our public services and events (if you are not a member) and maintain our records as an Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

We'll record your  personal information securely in the Chamber database, accessible only by Chamber staff.

(Members Only) Your business contact information will be placed on our business directory, for the public and other Chamber members to engage with you and your business. If you do not wish some of your information to be placed on the business directory, please contact us at info@cambridgechamber.co.nz or update your display preferences in the Member Information Centre.

(Members Only) The Chamber may provide your contact details to our Alliance Partners (National Sponsors) to ensure you gain full benefit from membership offers. If the Chamber does, it will ensure that Alliance Partners keep your information safe and secure and does not use that information for any other purposes. Your details will not be divulged to any other third party. Please advise if you wish your details to remain private.

(Members Only) As a member you will receive communications from us about upcoming events, membership benefits and news. 

(Members Only) If you would like to opt out of receiving ongoing communications, you can contact us at info@cambridgechamber.co.nz or update your preferences in the Member Information Centre. Opting out of receiving the above-mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your membership/account.

We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases/enquiries/bookings.You will need to permit us to place data files ("cookies") on your computer to enable you to use some features of our website.
